A group of 12 persons including nine players also missed their connecting flight from London to Barcelona and arrived on Wednesday night in time to play in their second preliminary match on Thursday
The late arrivals also contributed to the weakening of the Under-12 and Under-14 teams
Coach Wickham also expressed his sincere thanks to all members of the club, well wishers from East Port of Spain, corporate citizens, state agencies and the club alumni for making this dream come true
Trendsetter Hawks is now the second team from T&T to participate in the MIC experience with the Under-16s facing Manchester United FC in their final preliminary match
